I rarely don't finish a book, and I'm used to these ebooks having less than perfect punctuation and grammar. This one, however, was beyond belief. Not only horrendous grammar, but even incomplete non-sentences and wrong words used. For example, the word UNANIMOUSLY was used instead of ANONYMOUSLY; e.g., "he walked UNANIMOUSLY down the crowded street." If someone can't even use the English language properly, perhaps they shouldn't be writing a book!Product details

Great read. Interesting and thoroughly entertaining! The characters are unique and the history was interesting.
The book just dragged too much for me. It's like the author was doing everything possible to kept the story from progressing. I just couldn't take anymore.
I selected this book because I love to read about Ireland. This author did not disappoint, delivered a great story line with interesting characters!!
Well written interesting story. Nat king Cole and Ella Fitzgerald do not sing in the flapper times. With that small lack of research it did not really matter that much. I recommend this book
I enjoyed reading this story. It is easy to get into and hard to put down. It is enlighting to the lives of Irish immigrants.
Some research is needed by the author. Annie listens to jazz singers only toddlers in the twenties. Really disappointed in the story.
